WhatsApp to start ‘stealth mode’ that hides users’ online status

WhatsApp is working on a new “stealth mode” that hides your online status. This feature will allow users to scroll through the app without their friends or contacts knowing.

“There could be several reasons why people want to use WhatsApp in stealth mode: for example, some users want to use WhatsApp without being bothered by other people, or feel persecuted by someone,”WABetaInfo said.

Stealth Mode will go live in the Privacy section of Settings, directly under the feature that lets you hide ‘Last Seen’ from other users.

WABetaInfo spotted this feature in the beta version of iOS, but claims it will be available for Android and desktop as well.

WABetaInfo wrote in a blog post, ‘Unfortunately, this feature is under development, so we do not know details about when it will be released to the public.

WhatsApp rolled out another feature last month that allows users to take their message history with them when they switch from Android to iPhone.

Earlier it was only possible to transfer WhatsApp data from Apple devices to Google’s Android platform.

Exclusive: Pakistanis travelling to Dubai face hardships; What is solution?

Exclusive / Editor-in-Chief / Farukh Shehzad

I am writing this short alarming note to authorities in Pakistan who are managing the education sector of all over the country. Recently a group of Pakistnis left for Dubai for their job purpose as they got TAXI Driver Visa to work in Dubai.

All members in this group are worried about their future because they can not speak the Arabic language to communicate with passengers while drive car in Dubai.

8 members of the Pakistani group are attending classes to learn the Arabic language in Dubai but after 3 months if any of the people get fail in Arabic language exam, the company will send them back to Pakistan and all their money and time will go in vain.

This is super unfortunate that no government in past brought any plan in order to teach different languages of the world to Pakistani students. if we look around there are few institutions which have been teaching different languages but they are charging money that all students can not afford to pay.

My suggestion and request:

My suggestion and request are to govt that start teaching Arabic and English language to Pakistani students for absolutely free of cost in school and universities, so this is how students can have an even better environment to communicate with passengers in Dubai while driving taxi car. And they will have an even more cool and secure business future in Dubai.

Those who had power didn’t consider corruption a bad thing: Imran Khan

LODHRAN: Former prime minister and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Monday lashed out over urban flooding in Sindh said that the Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) has failed to address rain-related issues even in Karachi during it 15 years of rule in the province.

Addressing a rally in Lodhran in connection with the July 17 by-elections, he said that Karachi is Pakistan’s economic hub and for the past 14 years it is being ruled by a dacoit who has destroyed the city.

Giving example of former Punjab CM, Imran Khan said that Usman Buzdar built underground water tanks in Lahore to preserve rain water but the rulers in Sindh never thought of doing anything for the rain water in Karachi. “Sindh cannot progress until Asif Zardari is occupying the province,” he added.

The former PM said that Sindh’s money is plundered and sent to Dubai. “Cases against former president Asif Ali Zardari and Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah were ready, but an “unknown power” prevented their prosecution,” Imran Khan said and added those who had the power did not consider corruption a bad thing.

Khan went on to say that during his tenure, he had prepared cases against Zardari, members of his family and that of Sindh CM Murad Ali Shah but an unidentified ‘power’ prevented them from being punished. “I tried everything to prosecute them, but whatever that power was did not let me,” he said, adding that he will disclose more details about it at a later time. “Those who had power, they did not think their (Zardari’s) theft was bad enough,” he said.

Mentioning the names of former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif and family and former president and PPP chairman Asif Ali Zardari, the PTI chairman said that the country has been ruined by the two big plunderers.
