EXCLUSIVE: Pakistani families in Europe losing their assets

Majority of us including people especially from the subcontinent and Pakistan are always excited to travel abroad to further establish their business and to enhance the style of living.

A long time ago a large number of Pakistani families travelled to different parts of Europe to earn money and making their future better and more secure.

After reaching in various parts of Europe, Pakistani families faced a huge struggle in different shapes, for example, they were like just born babies, they did not have the idea of how to speak and communicate with local people there in Europe, they did not have any idea which business and work we should go for? But they continued putting their efforts on the moneymaking path and eventually, after a long course of time, they got succeed.

And now, Pakistani families living in Europe are very much well settled, they have established their business now and probably their different bank accounts are filled with money, so they are enjoying all the facilities, as well as they, they have enabled theirselves to purchase any expansive product with ease.

What are the assets?

Assets mean children of Pakistani families... they are the assets of them.

I belong to Lalamusa, the oldest and historic city of Pakistan and my native place.

When I sit with friends we discuss various topics and the world affairs.

During that discussion, I have heard about stories of Pakistani families of my native town (Lalamusa).

Year's back a family alone with his children travelled to Spain and after spending a few years in Spain they started to feel and notice something strange was happening around them.

They noticed that children of those families who were well settled already in Spain, their children are not listening to their parents and they have made foreign friends, specially Pakistani Muslim girls who have made foreign boyfriends and they are going with them to late night parties in clubs.

He said, Children of those families came at home late at night, especially Pak Muslim Grils came late at night and parents could not do anything to stop their Girls and Children, which was a pain full moment for those parents and the parents were crying for not having control over their children in Spain.

After watching all this the family of my native town who traveled to Spain finally they overturned its decision to stay in Spain and decided to buy the air tickets to fly back to Pakistan and they along with their boys and girls returned to Pakistan without losing any moment.

All of the people at that time criticized him a lot for leaving Spain but after passing many years his decision proved a good one and now he is in Pakistan, earning a small amount of money but he has secured and saved his assets, saved his children from going on wrong tracks.

One more family of my city (Lalamusa) who traveled to an European country along with their children they also witnessed that Pakistani Muslim girls have made foreign boyfriends, going to parties with them, coming back home at late night.

Their parents have been crying, after watching all this, and this family decided to spend nonstop 6 months in Pakistan with their children and 6 months in Europe to save their assets, to save their children.   

80% are the chances that the decision of spending nonstop 6 months in Pakistan will work for this family in keeping their assets safe and secure.

Culture of Advice in Europe:

The culture of advice does not exist in Europe. As we know on most of the occasion children in Europe after the age of 18, they do not pay attention to the advice of their parents but the culture of advice to some extent exist in Pakistan as yet.

Concluding Remarks:

It's not only about Spain, in fact, entire Europe has also the same culture of living.

Want to say to parents that your Children are your valuable assets, Save your assets / save your boys and girls by spending your whole life with your children in Pakistan, or at least by spending nonstop 6 months in Pakistan.

Pakistani Families can not afford to spend their entire life in Europe if they want to save their assets.   

The recipe is quite simple for the Pakistani Families living in Europe that they must adopt the culture of living in Pakistan.

Live in Pakistan, earn less amount of money and save your children, save your assets.

EXCLUSIVE FOR PCB: A quick change needed in Pakistan Cricket Board's policy

The bright future of Pakistan Cricket rely on correct and well designed policies of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB).

Policymaking has high importance not only in Cricket but also in other departments of life/organization's as well.

We all know that Pakistani players are highly talented and they have got all the shots in their book, as well as we produced the cricket legends in the past but despite all of these amazing facts Pakistan Cricket unable to match the Challenges as compared with other cricketing nation's.

Pakistan Cricket Board since it was established officially we saw they have made many decisions for the betterment of Pakistan Cricket but they were less effective therefore Pakistan Cricket despite having all the talent and skills Pakistan Cricket team not been able to occupy a position in the top 3.

No doubt, Pakistan has won many international tournaments including the world cup of 1992.

Players of Pakistani cricket team when they play against any opponent at their home ground, we see that almost every player hitting hundreds and fifties and they give a tough time to all foreign team's.

But when the Pakistani team travel to Australia, England, South Africa and anyway outside the country for playing matches we see that they struggling hard especially their batting department face hardships due to the super fast and bouncy tracks of those countries as compared with Pitches in Pakistan because Pakistani tracks have no bounce, no off the pitch movement and also, they are slow wickets so the ball after pitching comes just up to the knee height or a little bit higher which makes the batsman easier to play their shots, therefore Pakistani players play well in Pakistan.

The reason is obvious that Pakistani players are less familiar with Pitches of other countries.

To fix this problem of Pakistani players PCB had appointed many foreign coaches in the past but we did not see any major improvement in Pakistan batting when they perform outside the country.

And perhaps due to no change in PCB's policy, we are not been able to find a proper opening pair after Saeed Anwar and Aamir Sohail.

Pakistan Cricket Board needs a big change in its policy:

Decades old problem, As I mentioned earlier that Pakistani players are not familiar with Pitches of other countries.

What change PCB needs to bring? 

Pakistan Cricket Board needs to contact the officials of all cricketing countries like Australia, England, South Africa, Sri Lanka and other countries.

Pakistan Cricket Board have to purchase the "MUD" and other material from Australia. Similarly purchase MUD from England, South Africa separately from each different country.

Pakistan Cricket Board must have to buy mud and relevant material from Australia to prepare a pitch in National Stadium Karachi.

PCB must have to purchase MUD from South Africa and prepare Pitch by using S.A mud in Gaddafi Stadium Lahore.

PCB needs to buy mud from England for preparing pitch in Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

Concluding Remarks for PCB:

Pakistan Cricket Board needs to prepare alive, fast and bouncy pitches in every major city of Pakistan.

PCB can do this by purchasing mud and other materials from different countries and then import these materials to Pakistan thru any airline and I feel, for PCB this will not difficult as the world has become a global village now a days.

For example, First, you can choose Gaddafi Stadium Lahore and destroy the old pitch and use mud which was purchased from Australia to prepare Pitch right from the beginning.

Then pick another city like National Stadium Karachi and repeat the same formula using mud purchased from England to prepare Pitch right from the beginning.

Then PCB have to choose another city like, Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium and repeat the same formula with mud of any other country.

PCB have to say goodbye to the dead wickets of Pakistan instead needs alive, fast and bouncy wickets in Pakistan to make players of national cricket team familiar with playing on foreign pitches in Pakistan.

If PCB provides foreign wickets to players of national cricket team in Pakistan so then it will make Pakistan players familiar with playing on fast, bouncy tracks so as a result when players will travel to any country outside Pakistan, those countries will become home ground for Pakistani players due to playing on those wickets in Pakistan.

This is how we shall resolve the trouble that Pakistani players face while playing in Australia, England, South Africa and other countries.

What Pakistan Super League (PSL) can provide to us?

No doubt.. PSL is the major brand of Pakistan that has been gaining popularity with passing each and every year.

Lots of players we have been watching coming form PSL and in the coming days PSL will certainly produce for us more talented players and later on, these players will join Pakistan National Team but it is very hard to say that these PSL players will perform well with consistency outside Pakistan too.

PSL is an excellent platform and working well for Pakistan but it is not the solution of decades old problems of Pakistan Cricket.

Therefore, PCB needs to pay high attention to this article to take immediate steps to implement this formula that I highlighted above as soon as possible for the betterment of Pakistan Cricket for the long run.

EXCLUSIVE: A Future Project: Electric Cars in Pakistan to help stop global warming

Environmentalists and the head of states of various countries including the government of Pakistan have been searching for a way to reduce air pollution for a very long time. If you take a look at big cities, such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan, Peshawar and others, you will see that the city skylines are already engulfed in smog. People from all over the country point at the gasoline engines from cars as the main cause of the problem.

It’s already a common knowledge that the smoke coming out from cars is one of the most destructive factors that affected and still continues to affect the ozone layer. Also, it is one of the main contributors of greenhouse gas in the atmosphere which is the cause of global warming and climate change.

Combine this with the global financial crisis and the unstable price of fuel you will eventually see why people prefers electric cars.

Because of the growing concerns in air pollution and the current state of the economy of the Pakistan today, more and more Pakistani people are now planning to get rid of their old gasoline powered vehicles and are now showing their interest in buying electric cars and waiting for the governments decision for launching electric cars for every common man as we saw in Islamabad a few months back that the government of Pakistan experimenting to launch electric cars in a well established way.

At its most basic, electric cars works very much like your conventional car. The only difference is that instead of having an internal combustion engine that uses gasoline to power the car, this particular car runs purely on electricity, which means that it produces no harmful emissions at all.

Because it doesn’t use any kind of fossil fuel to power the car, this also means that you don’t have to buy gasoline ever again in order for you to power the car. All you need to do is charge the batteries in the car from time to time in order for you to keep it running.

This means that instead of filling it up with gasoline, all you need to do is plug the car in electricity outlet and you will be charging the batteries in no time at all.

You need to understand that the electric car concept have existed ever since the first car was invented. The only problem back then was the technology. The materials for the body of the car were too heavy, the batteries were not efficient, and it was simply expensive to build and run.

Today, thanks to the advancement of technology, electric cars are far more advanced than it was before. Equipped with the latest battery cell technology along with light and very strong materials, electric cars have overcome its major drawback which was the distance it was able to go. Today, a single charge can take you a hundred miles or even more.

And, the best part of all this is that the batteries can be fully charged rather quickly. You can even go on a road trip across the country and when you have lunch, you can easily charge the batteries and get you ready for your trip after you eat your lunch.

However, you have to remember that the electric car technology is still in its infancy. It will still need to come a very long way before it is accepted by society as an alternative to gasoline powered cars. Despite the fact that electric cars still needs to go a long way before it becomes the primary choice for personal vehicles, you will see that there are already increasing numbers of people who are now using electric cars.

With electric cars, you will be able to save money on gas and also contribute in to stopping global warming. It’s really not that far in the future before you start seeing almost all people using electric cars.

EXCLUSIVE: Why children after the age of 15 do not listen to their parents?

This is the major problem that every parent have been facing in their life and looking for its long term salutation without putting any effort, which cannot be happen as we all know without putting effort nothing can be achieved.

Most of the parents do not know about this problem how to be fixed and the majority of them have good knowledge that how we can get over the line and fix this problem.

Parents always take character building of their children very light so they do not give proper time to their children before their age of 15.

Few important reasons are mentioned below

Parents get too much busy in their job, earning money, attending parties and functions and other life activities.

Parents do not put high attention on children during their first 15 year's from birth.

Because the first 15 years are highly crucial for a good character building of a child.

What we normally see during the first 15 year's:

We see parent’s handover mobile phone to their children and they spend most of their time in playing video games.

Children spend all their time on television watching drama's and cartoon's repeatedly, therefore children don't get much time for building of good character and good human being.

Parents and Children of Modern Days Vs Golden Days

Because 80% of the learning of a child is through from ears [By listening] and the remaining 20% of the learning is from eyes [By Watching].

So, when a child listens or watches anything repeatedly day after day... month after month... He actually is in a deep learning process... By doing this everything goes deep into his/her mind and blood effortlessly' So he never forgets it for the rest of his life.

The hard and painful stage of life that No parents want to face

Yes, it is the utmost painful phase of life when the parents order or request to their children to finish any job and they refused to follow.

Why Children refused on most of the occasions:

Because Parents did not give proper time to their children when they were in growing age.

Parents did not give proper love to children.

Parents did not explain about purpose of life.

Parents were busy making money and children were busy in mobile phones and watching television.

Children of Golden Day's

60, 70 year's ago there were children and they were in Golden Day's.

Even though, they did not have mobile phones and television and other facilities but they were well educated and those days children did not get a fake education like us.

Those days children were well aware of the aim of life.

So, we can call them Children of the Golden Day's.

The solution to this problem here below:

Solution is very simple… Parents need to follow few steps to make their children a good human being.

Step No. 1: Parents must restrict their life activities to grab a good amount of time to spend with their children.

Step No. 2: Parents must avoid giving mobile phone to children at the age of 1 years from 15 years or at least 10 years is a must.

Step No. 3: Parents must take steps to keep their children away from watching television at the age of 1 years from 15 years or at least 10 years is a must.

Step No. 4: Parents must give proper love to their children by spending time with them (Taking children out for picnic does not mean that you are giving proper time to children.

Steps No 5: Parents need to tell their children about the aim of life thru little stories before they reach 10 years of age.

 

So, these were the solution and important steps which every parent must follow to make their children a good human being in the society.

From the last two years, coronavirus pandemic has been spread all over the world and we saw a huge number of people have lost their lives.

Heads of the governments of the entire world had put strict lockdown in their areas of living to curb the spread of Covid-19 coronavirus.

High-level government officials from around the world issued several kinds of SoPs for its people to follow on a regular basis.

Health workers, doctors, and other relevant departments told people that wash your hands for 20 seconds during every few hour to stay safe.

Doctors from all over the world emphasised people about avoiding unnecessary gatherings and spend most of your time at home to stay safe.

Doctors and heads of government of the entire world said that always wear a face mask when you go outside in the market.

Doctors and Health departments of all countries said that do not shake hands every time when you meet with your friends and family members, because when you shake hands it helps coronavirus to jump onto your body.

NEW TREND OF GREETINGS

During this time of coronavirus, I noticed that a new trend to express greetings is taking place in all over the world, especially in the western world and this trend has also been shifting towards Pakistan as well from western world high-level heads of states.

And that new trend is “SHAKING ELBOWS OR TOUCHING ELBOWS” which means when two men meet at any place they touch their elbows to express greetings instead of doing shake hands because according to these high profiles govt officials shaking hands during the meeting is a dangerous act and it helps coronavirus to walk onto our body.

 

And this new trend of “SHAKING ELBOWS OR TOUCHING ELBOWS” is gaining rapid popularity in Pakistan’s society and culture as well which is quite alarming for us being a Muslim.

But at the same time these high profiles, well-educated govt officials of all countries believe that by “SHAKING ELBOW OR TOUCHING ELBOW” is a safe activity and it will not make any damage to us, they think the shifting of coronavirus thru touching elbow to our body can not happen at all.

Now here the question is raised and what we need to figure out that does this newly established trend of expressing greetings has any solid basis?

Does it okay to adopt this new greetings trend for the rest of life or not?

These are the few alarming points and questions and people must find their answers because everyone knows that finding answers to the questions always put you on the path of truth and that’s what we all need to do today.

WHAT I BELIEVE:

For me, it is very simple and clear that if the coronavirus due to shaking hands is shifted from one person to another person than it (coronavirus) could also shift by touching elbow and shaking elbow of two men when they meet.

At the time of meeting with someone to express greetings if touching elbow for you is a safe activity and keeps you safe from coronavirus then at the time of the meeting between two men shaking hands should also be a safe activity.

Shaking hands is a much better way and highly natural act of a human being to express greetings at the time of meeting with someone.

CONCLUDING REMARKS

So, I think we all should come back towards natural and Islamic act of shaking hands when we meet with someone because it is much better, beautiful and safe act as compared with touching elbows at the time of meeting with your friends and family to express greetings.
